The HOA holds annual meetings to vote on board members and large decisions regarding the budget. Attendance is vital to ensuring a quorum. If you cannot make the yearly meeting, please submit your proxy to give your vote to a neighbor.

Monthly board member meetings are at the Crane's Castle Brewery. The purpose of these meetings is to manage the day-to-day business of the HOA, review homeowner requests, and discuss significant events within the community.

Keep your eye out for fun events like decoration contests, community service work within the neighborhood, and summer bbqs!
